Harmon Street Pipeline
The project proposes to replace approximately 2,200 lineal feet (LF) of above-ground water pipeline that was damaged in the CZU fires by installing approximately 1,213 LF of below-ground water pipeline with associated fittings, valves and connections along Harmon Street and Laurel Street in Boulder Creek. The proposed main will be 8-inch ductile iron pipe, with connections of 6-inch ductile iron pipe, 2-inch HDPE, and 1-inch HDPE. The pipeline will be installed along publicly maintained right of way (R.O.W) (maintained by county of Santa Cruz).
A Request for Proposals for the construction of this project will be posted in January of 2024.
