If your home was damaged or destroyed in the fire, please e-mail customerservice@slvwd.com Please do not fill out a stop service for this, the District has a catastrophic event policy that staff can help explain.

START SERVICE

Please note, tenants are no longer able to sign up for an account. All accounts will remain in the owner's name. Any previous tenant accounts will convert back into the owner's name on 10/1/2021. Owner/Tenant accounts will be receiving a direct e-mail or mailing with more information. Please read more here for further detail on these changes.

If you need assistance filling out your form, please call Customer Service at 831-338-2153 during regular business hours. Please submit your request at least 24 business hours in advance of the date you wish service to begin.

Accounts are billed monthly. Your first bill will likely be prorated from the opening date until the next billing date, so your first bill may be smaller than normal. Your first bill will also include a $20 Establishment Fee.

STOP SERVICE

To close your water service account with the District, fill out the appropriate stop service form below:

CHANGE IN BILLING INFORMATION

Owner's must complete the form below to change the billing address or to send bills to an In Care Of provider.
