In connection with the Order of the Health Officer of the County of Santa Cruz, to help reduce the potential for exposure to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) SLVWD front counter area to public access, has been CLOSED beginning Tuesday March 17, 2020 and until further notice. The Distict has temporarily SUSPENDED PAST DUE LATE FEES & SHUT-OFFS until further notice. Past due messaging will still appear on bills, if applicable. It is recommended customers continue to make regular payments if they are able to. If you cannot, you can still contact Customer Service to set-up a payment plan.

Our knowledgeable and friendly staff will make every effort to be highly responsive to your questions, concerns and comments. Many questions and requests can be serviced through this website for customer convenience.
