Jeff Hill has lived in the SLV District in Scotts Valley since 1988. Before his board appointment he served on the District’s Budget and Finance Committee for 1 ½ years. He has served as a volunteer on the Scotts Valley General Plan Update Committee and the County Sheriff’s Citizen Advisory Board. He is retired from a 31 year career in the tech industry, where products he managed received multiple industry awards. He has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University.
