San Lorenzo Valley Water District’s online customer portal provider, CivicPay, is launching a new & improved modernized Online customer payment portal.

With this transition, you will be able to make payments more easily on more devices and with greater insight into your bills. Along with a fresher, more modern look and feel, they have made massive improvements to the way CivicPay works on mobile devices and interfaces with modern web browsers for faster payments and enhanced security.

This transition will occur on Tuesday November 16th, 2021, during business hours and any customer logins after the transition will be via our new modern portal.

IMPORTANT: This change requires NO ACTION on your part. Your usernames, passwords, stored payment profiles, and any auto-pay enrollments that you have set up will all remain the same and are safe and secure as ever.
