Director of Finance / Business Services

Director of Finance and Business Services performs difficult and complex professional accounting and administrative work in developing, implementing and directing the finance, accounting and business functions of the District, including budgets, audits, customer service, general ledger, accounts payable, payroll and reimbursement, financial analysis, financial reporting, purchasing, warehousing, and inventory control; and performs other related duties as required. Oversees and directs the work of assigned staff and consultants.


Under the general supervision of the Engineering Manager, the GIS/CAD Specialist utilizes Geographic Information Systems and Computer Aided Design to perform a variety of activities, including the creation of maps & reports utilizing spatial & textural data and performs technical engineering. Assignments vary and work may be related to applications for operational, environmental, construction or design engineering tasks and performs other related duties as required.

Project Manager

Under administrative direction of the District Manager, the Project Manager performs a variety of highly responsible, complex project and program management on long-term water sustainability, strategic planning initiatives, water resource management, and other designated projects. Project Manager provides analytical support to the District Manager; routinely gathers and analyzes information pertaining to District services, procedures, operations, budgets or facilities; develops solutions and implementation methods as well as the cost and effects of solutions; presents work in progress and preliminary findings; and manages internal and external communication.
