Resource and Watershed Management Projects
The San Lorenzo Valley Water District is committed to the responsible management of all entrusted resources, including land and water. The relationship between resources is a delicate balance that requires constant management to ensure healthy watersheds, water efficiency, and sustainability. Through careful management, conservation programs, watershed management, and ongoing research, the District is able to provide safe and reliable water supply.
Management Goals and Objectives:
- Long term forest management that will help to improve the quality of the forest while protecting the reservoirs, streams and wetlands
- Protection of the water quality
