RFP for Environmental Services - Lyon Tank Access Road Rehabilitation Project
The SLVWD owns and manages the Lyon Treatment Plant, located in Boulder Creek, CA. During the 2017 winter storms, a slide occurred below the plant severely damaging the access road. This slide is complicated by the presence of a fault zone, weak soil materials, and historical shearing. Following our geotechnical investigations (attached), we are requesting proposals for interested parties for services including environmental review, assessment, permitting, monitoring, and compliance.
